Dynamic Precision Products has served customers in the Hydraulic and Fluid Power industries for many years. These components go into high pressure valves and systems for water, soluble oil, and other low viscosity applications. Components are held to tight tolerances with some features held to .000045” in roundness and a position tolerance of .0004” and are achieved by hard turning and/or grinding. Components are made from a variety of 400 series stainless steels and hardened to 50-52 Rc range but can go as high as 60 Rc.
